I would like to place an order online and I am do not have a credit card. What do I do?
If you live in Belgium, you can pay by bank transfer. From all other countries, we only accept payments with credit cards : Visa or Eurocard/Mastercard.

I would like to know the availability of an article.
Each product has a sign for its availability:  
GREEN > a lot of pieces are available
ORANGE > only 1 piece is available
RED > not in stock
GRAY > in pre-order (announced by the manufacturer)

How much are the shipping costs?
For France and Belgium: a delivery by DPD/Chronopost (fast and insured) costs12 euro, all taxes included.
We are able to send small orders (orders under 75 euro) by post, but here the price depends on the size and the weight of the parcel.
 
Is it possible to place an order on the website and to pick up the goods in the shop afterwards?

Is it possible to make a reservation for an product ?
No

The price of an article was lower yesterday compared to today’s price, is it possible to benefit from this lower price ?
No. Our price quote is in function of our purchase prices and promotions. The price that is valid on the moment of your order will be applied, except by typographic errors. If you like to be informed regularly about our best promotions, you have the possibility to subscribe to our newsletter or to visit our website frequently.

I have placed an order and I would like to modify it, is it still possible?
No. Our order system is so automated that it isn’t possible to change an order that has already passed through different stages (packing of the pieces, debit of your account, …)

Is payment by credit card safe?
Yes. All your data (bank data as well as your personal data) are encrypted (SSL, 128bit). It is not possible to intercept or to read these data. We are the only one who has access to these data.

You guys still owe me money, how can I use it?
You just have to mention it in the frame “Remarks” at the bottom of the page with the “delivery address”, so we can check it in our computer system. If it turns out that we do owe you money it will be used to pay your next order.

I need a spare part, can you order it?
For the products that you purchased with us, you can find the spare parts online on the web shop. You can find them by entering the part number in the search engine. If those parts are not in stock, you must take into account that it may be difficult to obtain these parts quickly, so it could take some time before you receive your order. I’ve seen on the website of a brand you carry, a part that is not mentioned in your catalogue, can I nevertheless buy it from you guys?
Maybe, it depends on the product and on the availability by the manufacturer. We will do our best to obtain this product.

— Delivery —

Would it be a problem when I am not at home when the order is delivered?
Because the deliveries made by DPD/Chronopost, there must be someone to sign for reception. You can always give a different delivery address than the invoice address. At the page “delivery address” you can put the address of your work, a friend, … so that someone can accept the package. When there is nobody, DPD / Chronopost will leave a message that they tried to make a delivery.

Is it possible to choose the hour of delivery?
No, it isn’t possible. The schedule of delivery is made by DPD / Chronopost in function of their route. We don’t have any influence.

I would like to order a few small parts, can it be send by post ?
Yes, this is possible for small deliveries (with a limit of 75 euro and < 1 kg). You only have to mention in the frame “Remarks” that you want a post packet. The time of delivery is between 1 and 3 days for deliveries in Belgium and 3 to 5 days in Europe.
Attention: deliveries by post are not insured against loss.

I have placed an order with you and I still have to receive it ?
The time of delivery with DPD / Chronopost is normally 24 to 48 h. If your order is placed before 11 am, the delivery will follow within the next 2 business days, depending on your location. When you didn’t receive the delivery within these period, then it could be possible that DPD / Chronopost has left a message from passing by because you were absent by the delivery. In this case the package will be at the post office (France) or you have to make a new appointment with DPD (for Belgium). If not, you can contact us, we are able to verify where your package is.

Are there deliveries during the WE ?
Usually not! For some departments in France there may be deliveries, but we cannot guarantee this.

Yes, the biggest shop of RC models in Belgium.

I have a technical question about one of your products
Each day we receive a lot of emails with technical questions, which we are pleased to answer. Nevertheless, to be able to continue this service, we kindly ask you to reduce the mails with questions on which you can simply find an answer yourself.

I have placed an order with a credit card which doesn’t belong to me and without permission of the owner.
Now you have some serious troubles … ! See extract from the legal code : “the fraudulent use of a credit card by another person and without permission, means legally an attempt of swindle according to article 313.1 of the penal code with the possibility of an imprisonment of 5 years and a penalty of 382.000 euro”.

How can I trust you ?
Our shop exists since 1996. In a branch where good service is a must we wouldn’t have lasted as long if we were not trustworthy. If you desire an opinion about our reliability, you can also ask the question on a discussion forum (f.e. Petitrc.com, Automodélisme.com).

I have found a product, sold by you, cheaper with another dealer. Will you adapt your prices ?
Without any doubt, the answer is negative. If price is the only thing you are concerned about, you are not the client we are looking for. MCM is well known for its service and knowledge. Those things cost money; it’s as simple as that. And of course, if you already took a look at our pricing you will see that we are very competitive.

— Payment —

The orders placed on our website can only be paid with a credit card (Visa, Eurocard/Mastercard).
There is one exception; our customers from Belgium have the possibility to pay with a bank transfer. In any case, the payment will be done when shipping the order, after verification of the availability of the ordered product(s).
No order will be send when the payment is refused, no matter what the reason could be.
